About Evermark Advisory

Founded on experience. Built around trust.

Evermark is a specialist consent and stakeholder risk practice for major UK infrastructure. We work across the full lifecycle of NSIPs and Tier 1 delivery, bringing first-hand experience from the contractor, consultancy and client sides to address consent, community and land risks before they affect the programme.

Built from Every Side of Infrastructure

Evermark draws on experience from client organisations, Tier 1 contractors and multidisciplinary consultancies. This broad perspective helps project teams understand how consent commitments, stakeholder relationships and land issues affect delivery, allowing risks to be identified and addressed early.

The experience behind Evermark.

Evermark is built on nearly 25 years of experience across every side of major infrastructure delivery. Its founder, David Eve, is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng MICE), with experience spanning contractors, multidisciplinary consultancies and client organisations.

That experience includes HS2, Thames Water, Transport for Greater Manchester and Dublin MetroLink. On HS2 for the Align JV, David led a 28-person stakeholder engagement, compliance and land team and was personally accountable for around 2,800 commitments given to communities and written into an Act of Parliament. It is experience at that scale that informs Evermark’s approach to consent, community and land risk today.

Before founding Evermark Advisory in 2026, David helped grow the specialist consultancy Queenswood Engagement fivefold as a shareholder and Director. Evermark brings that combination of engineering credibility, major programme experience and consultancy leadership to infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.

What Evermark stands for.

These are not words on a wall. They describe how Evermark actually behaves.

Do the work that matters

Cut through the noise, find what is actually important and get it done. Not the comfortable thing. The thing that makes a difference.

Say what is true, even when it is uncomfortable

An adviser who tells you what you want to hear is a liability. Evermark tells you what you need to hear, backed up with evidence.

Show up fully

For clients, for communities, for colleagues. Every person affected by a major project deserves genuine attention, not managed communications.

Own it end to end

Finish the job properly, even the unglamorous parts. Quality is built into the work from the beginning, not checked at the end.

Build trust deliberately

Trust is the rarest currency in infrastructure. It is built slowly, destroyed in a moment, and Evermark treats it accordingly.

Find out where your programme risk sits.

Tell us about your project or programme, the stage you are at and where the pressure is starting to show. Evermark will give you a straight view on the consent, community or land risks most likely to affect delivery.
